In the PS4/PS5 game Racing Bros, there is a map called “Egypt Highway”. And if you look around hard enough, you’ll discover there is a secret map that is located behind the mountains, directly to the right of the starting line.

It can be difficult to figure out how to get to this secret map because it’s outside of the map’s normal boundaries.

So I put together this quick how-to guide for anyone who wants to explore the secret map in the Egypt Highway level of Racing Bros.

Step 1: Choose Three Players Mode

I like to use three players mode for one reason – it’s an untimed race.

That means you have all the time in the world to drive around and explore this map. Which comes in handy, because the secret map on Egypt Highway has a lot of invisible barriers, which makes it tricky to navigate at first.

Step 2: Head to the Pyramid Behind the Finish Line

To get to the pyramid behind the finish line, you’ll first need to head outside of the stone/sandy-looking walls.

Once outside of the stone walls, drive all the way to the pyramid.

Step 3: Climb Up the Middle of the Pyramid to Get Outside the Map

Once you’ve reached the pyramid, jump up and hit the turbo boost.

Drive up the middle of the pyramid to get outside of the map boundaries.

And make sure you drive up the middle of the pyramid – if you go too far left or too far right you’ll hit an invisible wall.

Step 4: Face the Pyramid and Drive to the Left of It

Once you’re outside of the map boundary, turn around and face the pyramid you just climbed.

Now, drive around the pyramid to the left.

Step 5: Drive Toward the Shadowy Map

Once you get around the pyramid, you’ll see a shadow of a map in the distance.

Drive towards that shadowy-looking map. That’s the secret map.

Step 6: Jump When You See a Shadow on Your Car

The secret map is one level above you.

As you’re getting closer to the secret map, you’ll see a shadow cover your car. This means there is something above your car.

Start jumping while holding your turbo boost button.

Once enough of your car has poked through the level above, your car will shoot out and be on the correct level.

Step 7: Head to the Starting Point of the Secret Map

If you’re looking at the secret map from the pyramid, the starting point of the secret map is to the right.

If you end up too far to the left, you’ll need to drive around some invisible mountains.

Step 8: Enjoy Driving Around the Secret Map!

You’ll notice the secret map is a partially finished Desert Map!

Enjoy driving around this map.

This secret map has a lot of invisible walls that are frustrating at first, but once you get used to it, it’s not that bad.
